Adult Indoor Winter Flag Football Leagues

RULES AND INFORMATION

DIVISIONS
  • League starts Monday, February 1st
    (Late registration is available - call 631-262-0543)
  • Team cost: $1,125 (8 man) and $800 (5 man)
  • Free agent cost: $110 free agents (5 man and 8 man)
  • Game times: 9:00 pm and 9:50 pm on Monday and some Fridays
  • 8 man (blocking)
  • 5 man (NO blocking)
