Our highly specialized training programs are proven, time and again to help athletes reach levels of success not attainable on their own. Our staff of exercise physiologists, personal trainers and physical therapists will evaluate and create a personalized program for your athlete to help he/she reach their sports highest level.
Every sport places unique demands on the competitive athlete. We recognize that individuals are just that individual and so are their genetics and abilities. Performance Training
The Performance Program provides individualized coaching in a high intensity environment. Our programs target sport specific movement patterns particular to each sport and have been tested and proven to be successful with athletes of all ages.
Team Training
Now you can train your entire team in a cost effective way that is guaranteed to produce exceptional results. Your teams execution of play will only be enhanced by our world class speed and agility classes. No longer will your players get pushed off the ball, boxed out, or miss tackles. Our strength programs are tailored to the specific athlete to not only make them stronger, but less injury prone.

For those athletes who prefer personal attention LIFT offers specialized 1 on 1 training.
